I would like you to create a new system for the traffic lights. I want the system to be. It's specific made for blind, deaf and children, people i want the system to be able to recognize a blind person, either walking with a cane, walking with a dog. I also want the system to have a base where it has different buttons. To let know the drivers that is a deaf person crossing the street, a blind person crossing the street, or a child crossing the street, also a senior crossing the street. And gave the exact timing for the person to cross over i also wanna include a automatically set up to the base for violators. If somebody violated that signal automatically, take a picture of the car. License plates and the near police officer will get the notification. I want this system to be able to be place by any traffic light anywhere in the world. I also want this device to be able to recognize emergency vehicle. If the emergency vehicle has his lights on automatically, the red stop. Sign will come in just a second. And I wanna add a system where the camera can detect a gun from far away and take a exact picture right at the moment. And send it to the near police officer with a big billing warning about blind person crossing
