Company agrees to pay a total bill rate of $0.00/hr per worker per hour (worker pay + 20% agency fee).
AAR Treasury LLC handles all payroll, taxes, and HR compliance for placed workers.
Invoices are issued every Monday. Payment is due within 3 business days via ACH or wire transfer.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 2 weeks written notice.
Company may not directly hire placed workers for 12 months without paying a $5,000 conversion/buyout fee.
AAR Treasury LLC is not liable for worker performance beyond initial AI-assisted screening and vetting.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York.
